The Food Club kicked off on 9th July 2026. We were expecting a bumpy ride and it certainly had its moments. New systems to get our heads around, members to a greater or lesser degree still treating us as if we were a village shop and not a wholesale cooperative with 20,000 food lines available.We are all on a severe but hopefully fairly enjoyable learning curve. Many thanks to the volunteers who worked so darned hard in all the heat to get as many shopping bags loaded with as few errors as possible. We have all learnt a lot from the experience. This is how the first cycle went from a financial point of view.
