We recently closed our farm shop to focus on creating a wholesale buying Club. The idea is that our former customers can continue to access our shop products but at wholesale prices. On the upside that mean access to over 10,000 different grocery lines at amazing prices, buying exactly what you want and getting it as fresh as possible.
We have restricted access to 40 members because beyond that the club would become unwieldy but we have every intention, once it has been established and is running smoothly, of sharing our knowledge with others who may wish to start up a similar group.
With inflation spiralling out of control this is a great way of keeping food costs under control. It is also vital to maintain a completely separate food supply chain from that which is controlled completely by massive supermarket conglomerates. Finally we source only organic fruit and vegetables as we believe wholeheartedly that “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT” and that the supermarkets have let their standards drop to the point where ultra processed food is making many of us seriously ill.
